BudgetPro (“the App”) is developed and operated by Marinescu Daniel.

This Privacy Policy explains what information BudgetPro processes, how it is used, where it is stored, and the choices available to users.

1. Information processed by BudgetPro

Account information

Financial information entered by the user

BudgetPro may process financial information entered directly by the user, including:

Financial information entered into the budgeting features is primarily stored locally on the user’s device.

This financial information is used to provide the budgeting, calculation, reporting, statistics, backup, import/export, and related application features requested by the user.

Premium purchase information

If the user purchases BudgetPro Premium through Google Play, BudgetPro processes technical purchase and entitlement information necessary to:

Raw Google Play purchase tokens are not stored as part of BudgetPro’s permanent Premium claim records.

Advertising and consent information

The free version of BudgetPro may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process technical information such as:

Files saved outside BudgetPro remain under the control of the user and/or the storage provider selected by the user.

4. Google Play Billing and Premium

BudgetPro Premium is purchased through Google Play.

Google Play processes payment information according to Google’s own privacy policies and terms.

BudgetPro does not receive or store the user’s full payment-card information.

BudgetPro’s secure backend may verify purchase status with Google Play before granting or restoring Premium.

BudgetPro also uses Google Play Real-time Developer Notifications and periodic reconciliation of voided purchases to identify events including:

A refunded, charged-back, voided, or revoked purchase may result in the associated Premium entitlement being deactivated.

Minimal technical license records may be retained where necessary to:

BudgetPro does not permanently store raw Google Play purchase tokens as part of its Premium claim records.

5. Advertising

BudgetPro may use Google AdMob to display advertisements to eligible users.

Advertising is not shown to users who currently have an applicable Premium or trial entitlement according to BudgetPro’s application rules.

6. Advertising consent and privacy choices

BudgetPro uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable privacy and advertising consent requirements.

Depending on the user’s region, Google requirements, and applicable law, users may be offered choices including:

When required by the UMP configuration, users can later access “Ad privacy settings” inside BudgetPro to review or change applicable advertising privacy choices.

BudgetPro uses third-party service providers necessary to operate the application.

BudgetPro does not provide users’ locally entered financial information to advertisers for the purpose of selling that information.

8. Data security

BudgetPro uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by the application.

Network communications with supported backend services use encrypted connections such as HTTPS where applicable.

Account-related backend operations use authenticated and controlled access mechanisms.

Premium verification and account-deletion backend operations include protections designed to prevent unauthorized cross-account access.

However, no electronic storage, transmission, or software system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are also responsible for protecting access to their device, Google account, email account, and BudgetPro login credentials.

9. Account and data deletion

BudgetPro provides an account-deletion option directly inside the application.

Users can request permanent deletion of their BudgetPro account from within the application.

To delete an account, the user can:

  1. Open BudgetPro.
  2. Sign in to the BudgetPro account.
  3. Open the account/profile area.
  4. Select the account deletion option.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

The account-deletion process removes the user’s BudgetPro account and associated data handled by the application’s deletion system.

Certain privacy-minimized technical records may be retained when strictly necessary for:

Temporary technical deletion records may be retained for a limited period to ensure reliable completion of account deletion and may be automatically removed according to BudgetPro backend retention rules.

Files that the user previously exported, downloaded, shared, or saved outside BudgetPro are not automatically removed because those files are located in storage controlled by the user or by another application/service.
